Of significant interest to many of Andrew’s clients will be the RealVitalize program. Andrew can offer this program to his clients where Coldwell Banker will advance the client funds to do fix-up, clean-up and other repairs. Coldwell Banker advances these funds with no interest or fees and the client simply repays Coldwell Banker from the proceeds of sale of their home. This enables his clients to sell for top dollar as opposed to selling their home for a lower valuation in an “as-is” condition.

Andrew’s entire family and extended family have been in the real estate business for generations. His love for this business comes naturally as he grew up in and around the business. Andrew grew up in Wartrace and attended Cascade High School. While there he played basketball and after school attended Motlow State Community College for the next two years.

He recently married his wife, Laney, after meeting her at the beach! He loves real estate as it enables him to help others in the largest financial transaction most people will engage in. He has tremendous knowledge and resources to draw upon from his family and at Coldwell Banker Southern Realty.

Andrew serves as a Youth Minister at the Wartrace Church of Christ. He is also in the process of obtaining his pilot’s license!
