A little bit about Bryan...

Bryan has been a Realtor for the past 8 years with Coldwell Banker Shelbyville TN. He was a Realtor in Ohio before moving back to Tennessee in 1998. Bryan loves Real Estate because he loves people and Real Estate is about people looking for and wanting more. Real estate is about people not houses, homes or land.
Bryan was born in Jackson Tennessee 1961 and moved to Savannah Tennessee his senior year of high school. After high school Bryan passed on an Agriculture Education Scholarship to the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Rather going into the manufacturing business of Restaurant Equipment for 8 years and then transferring to the Steel Industry for 8 years. At the end of Bryan’s manufacturing time in 1995 he moved into ministry in Elyria Ohio as administrator of a Christian School/Assistant Pastor and Realtor. During the same time of working as a manager in manufacturing and ministry Bryan owned small businesses. Most of the businesses were construction related. Having a General Contractors business in Ohio and Tennessee Bryan build homes and the related service businesses of these industries.
In 1998 Bryan moved the family to Shelbyville, Tennessee to start a career as Pastor of a small church. For the past 25 years the church has grown and moved to a new campus in Shelbyville. Bryan has always been bi-vocational owning small businesses to support ministry projects.
Bryan is a husband of 44 years to Rhonda Nerren. Father to Kevin and Laura, father-in-law to Heather. grandfather to the incredible Grant, Preston and Bennett. Bryan’s highest value is living for God and second is family. Bryan has a lifelong history of family values and love for community. People are the most important part of a community and Bryan will be sure all the people are considered before anything else. Bryan has served in many community clubs and projects. Serving on City and County boards as well as Past-Presidents of Untied Way Bedford County, Emergency Food and Shelter (FEMA), Shelbyville Ministerial Association and Shelbyville Rotary Club. Bryan also served on the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Bedford board.
Bryan is a tested leader in business ownership and corporate management. His first qualification is knowing a good idea because he listens to people. Bryan’s history is leading people to a better result in the community and building great teams.
