Denise O'Neil, an Ohio native, now proudly calls Columbia, TN home. As a 30-year resident in this burgeoning community 40 miles south of Nashville, Denise brings a blend of southern charm and extensive experience to her role as an Affiliate Broker at Coldwell Banker Southern Realty.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Alabama. After graduation, she and her husband dedicated themselves to establishing campus outreach ministries at LSU, the University of Colorado, the University of Arizona, Colorado State University, and the University of Northern Colorado. They eventually returned to Columbia to raise their four children and be closer to family.

Denise's professional journey includes significant experience in event sales and event planning for the hospitality industry, where she honed her negotiation skills and developed a keen eye for detail.
