Jacob was born and raised in Lawrence County and is a graduate of LCHS and Martin Methodist. Jacob has numerous contacts in Lawrence, Giles, and Maury counties and is familiar with all areas. He also has five years of experience in sales and marketing at his previous job as a sales representative for Cornerstone Rack; where he had clients in Oklahoma, Kansas, Georgia, and South Carolina, just to name a few places. His dad, Bobby Patterson, has been in the real estate industry for 30+ years, which has given Jacob insight into the business as well as the local real estate landscape.
