A little bit about Paul...

Paul has over two decades of experience in real estate as a licensed sales agent and as an instructor for pre-licensing classes. Paul held a management position with a large steel company for over twenty years. In 2001, just after 9-11, he made a major career change and became a public-school teacher. This career change left Paul feeling like he needed to increase his income. He had always dabbled in the real estate market and felt he could help people achieve their real estate goals, whether that was helping first time home buyers, investors, or empty nesters. Paul had a very successful real estate career in Pennsylvania, while also teaching school and pre-licensing classes for new agents.
Paul was hooked on selling and investing in real estate, so when he decided to retire from teaching and move to Tennessee, he knew he wanted to continue selling real estate. Paul chose to work for Coldwell Banker Southern Realty because he wanted to work for a premium brand and a company that had an international presence as well as the marketing tools to reach a broader clientele. Paul has become an expert in helping seniors buy and sell properties. He has obtained several designations such as Seniors Real Estate Specialist.  When you combine Paul’s real estate experience with his training and education, his clients always win.
He holds a BS Degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems, a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), and a Master's in the Art of Teaching (MAT). Paul’s real estate designations include the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and  e-PRO.
He and his wife, Kelly, have been married for over 45 years. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Whether you are a seller, buyer, or investor, please contact Paul and let him put his over two decades of experience and training to work for you.
