Wayne Kelley has been a realtor for the past 20 years. After working with JCPenney Co. for 35 years, he retired and thought that retirement would be great. Golfing every day!  But after six months, Wayne got bored He loves people, wanted to make his life count towards helping others, and felt led into Real Estate. Wayne thought he might meet a few people and sell a couple of homes. 

The first company to call Wayne was Coldwell Banker Kivett-Teeters in Yucaipa, California. The broker Wayne worked for became a good friend and taught him the business, leading Wayne to become the top producer in his office the second year. Wayne has continued to sell real estate in California as well as in Middle Tennessee for the past 9 years.
