Wayne Neese started his real estate career part-time in 1985 and then in 1994 became a partner with Bill Daniel to form Daniel & Neese Realty & Auction Co. After Bill retired Wayne operated as Wayne Neese Realty & Auction Co. from 2002 thru 2011. He then merged with Harold Segroves in 2011 and formed Coldwell Banker Segroves-Neese. Wayne has been very successful over his career in helping sellers get the best price possible and buyers to find just the perfect home. He is very experienced in developing land and working with builders. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of land development with his clients and any other advice to sellers or buyers to make their transactions quick and easy.
