Coldwell Banker Southern Realty: 2026 By the Numbers

Company Update

2026 By The Numbers

Nine months into the year, here is a look at what our agents have accomplished across Tennessee, and the stories behind the totals.

Market commentary is useful, but it can get abstract. Sometimes the most honest picture of what is happening comes from simply counting what has actually taken place. So as we head into the final stretch of 2026, we wanted to share what we are seeing across our own business.

Tennessee Offices

Those numbers span Middle and West Tennessee, from Clarksville down to Lawrenceburg and west to Jackson. They include first homes and final homes, relocations and downsizes, luxury properties and starter properties, and everything in between.

Behind the Numbers

Every transaction in that total represents a decision someone made about their life. That is easy to lose sight of in a spreadsheet, so it is worth naming what these actually look like.

A family closing on a first home after two years of saving and one disappointing offer. A couple in their seventies selling the house they raised three children in, ready for something smaller and easier to maintain. A company relocating an employee to Middle Tennessee on six weeks notice. An agent helping a client buy their fourth home in twenty years, because the client never considered calling anyone else.

None of those are unusual. All of them are the actual work.

Behind every number on this page is a family that trusted one of our agents with something that mattered. That is the part we are proud of.

What the Numbers Tell Us About the Market

The broader takeaway is straightforward. Despite a year of mixed headlines and shifting expectations about rates and pricing, people have continued buying and selling homes throughout 2026. They have done it because life kept moving: jobs changed, families grew, parents aged, leases ended, and plans evolved.

That is the pattern we have watched hold through every kind of market. Conditions change the strategy. They rarely change the underlying need.

Where We Have Grown This Year

2026 has also been a year of expansion for Coldwell Banker Southern Realty. Earlier this year we opened our Clarksville office, extending full service marketing, technology, and agent support into one of the fastest growing communities in the state. That brings our network to ten offices across Middle and West Tennessee.

Growth for us has always been about coverage rather than size for its own sake. More offices means more agents who genuinely live and work in the markets they serve, and a stronger referral network connecting buyers and sellers across the state.

What Our Agents Have Behind Them

  • An in house marketing department producing custom listing materials, graphics, and campaigns.
  • The CBSR Printshop, which lowers the cost of professional print marketing significantly compared to outside vendors.
  • Coldwell Banker Global Luxury for qualifying properties, with national and international exposure.
  • Statewide cross-office promotion, weekly new listing distribution, and an active agent referral network.
  • Ongoing training, technology, and support that let agents spend their time with clients rather than on logistics.
