  • Two bedroom (≈1,189–1,324 sf): $1.22M+ – $1.95M+
  • Two + den (≈1,534–1,854 sf): $1.69M+ – $3.1M
  • Penthouse Collection (≈2,552–2,614 sf): from $7.6M

How early access works

  1. Reservation Deposit Agreement (RDA): lock in pre-construction pricing with a $10,000 refundable deposit.
  2. Purchase Agreement: typically a few weeks after RDA; 20% deposit for primary/secondary buyers; 25% for investors.
  3. Construction & delivery: construction targeted to begin spring 2025; estimated completion in 2027.

Broker partnership

Cello Tower values broker relationships and currently offers a 3% Buyer Broker Fee (payable at COE). A dedicated broker portal with white-labeled marketing assets and social content is available to qualified agents. Access is granted upon request.
