Larry Willard, a 20-year real estate veteran, excels in customer service and detail. He's a short sale expert with strong REO relationships, notably selling 22 homes in a day.

In 2016, he became Principal Broker, emphasizing community and agent standards. He earned Manager of the Year and Premier Office Bronze Awards, excelling in talent recruitment, with his recruits quickly achieving top sales. Willard is active in the local Realtors' Board, prioritizing team support over personal advancement. He enjoys family, church, golf, fishing, and continuous learning.
