Rich Cosner built his career on growth, leadership, and results. He started in Cleveland, quickly rising as a top agent and manager, then moved to California where he led major turnarounds with Merrill Lynch Realty and later built a top-ranked Century 21 office that became one of the highest-performing in the nation.
He went on to scale multiple Prudential Real Estate offices into market leaders, at one point running a firm producing nearly $2 billion in annual volume and ranking among the top brokerages in the country.
In 2019, Cosner brought that same approach to Tennessee. He acquired and expanded what is now Coldwell Banker Southern Realty, growing it into the largest Coldwell Banker firm in the state and one of the top 20 in the nation.
