We have absolutely adored working with Bonnie! We had a very unique situation as we needed to relocate fairly quickly from FL to the Clarksville area. She took us to see over 15 houses in 2 days and worked tirelessly to answer all our questions, research homes and neighborhoods and communicated with other realtors regularly on our behalf. Bonnie made this process as easy for us as she possibly could and everyone she recommended we use has been fantastic as well. Bonnie is the BEST in the business! Five stars is not enough to give Bonnie Campbell. We had the extreme pleasure of looking for a house with her that took about two years to find because we were relocating from out of state. She always listened to what we wanted, while also making suggestions as to location, price point and value. When we did find the house for us, Bonnie was there to negotiate the best deal, and followed through in the entire build process to handling inspections, walk throughs and closing procedures. Because this was a long distance move, Bonnie took the stress and worry away for us. Bonnie is professional, conscientious, considerate and a delight to work with.

I contacted Bonnie to help sell my 86 year old BIL's house. I wanted someone that would be the most kind, caring, sweet, honest, genuine, helpful, person in the business, in my opinion, that was Bonnie. She did not disappoint. The house was on the market 2 days, received 10 offers, closed at the end of the same month. You have no idea what this means to an 86 yr old, how easy and painless it was meant the world. He didn't need any stress.

Our family had to relocate from out of state to the greater Nashville area during an extraordinarily hot real estate market and she made the experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Bonnie was still on maternity leave when I began my house search but she arranged for showings and communicated without a hiccup! She was so in tune with the neighborhoods I might like, her knowledge of the market was astounding and her ability to give sound, negotiating advice was spot-on! Despite the crazy market, we got the first house with the first offer! I so greatly appreciated that there was absolutely NO wasted time spinning my wheels spent looking and making offers... She got the job DONE the FIRST time!
