Inspired by Family Legacy
I was born and raised in Orange County, California, where I was immersed in the real estate industry from an early age. As the son of successful real estate professionals, Rich and Annette Cosner, I gained invaluable industry knowledge simply by growing up around it.
My childhood was filled with travel, time at the beach, and meaningful moments with family and friends. After high school, I pursued my passion for film at The Los Angeles Film School. However, in 2020, when the school temporarily closed due to COVID-19, I took a trip to Tennessee to visit my father, who had recently relocated. That visit proved to be life-changing—I fell in love with the culture of the South and everything Nashville had to offer. Just two weeks after returning to Los Angeles, I packed up and made the move to Tennessee.
Inspired by my family’s legacy, I joined Coldwell Banker Southern Realty as a Realtor at just 19 years old. However, my deep-seated desire to serve led me to law enforcement, and at the age of 20, I was hired as a Patrol Officer with the Columbia Police Department. After graduating from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy, I was assigned to night shift patrol, where I remained throughout my law enforcement career. During my time with the department, I handled a wide range of critical incidents and made hundreds of arrests, from misdemeanors to violent felonies.
In 2024, as Coldwell Banker Southern Realty expanded—acquiring seven additional offices and becoming the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Tennessee—I felt called back to the family business. Since rejoining the firm, I have dedicated myself to establishing a strong presence in the Nashville luxury real estate market. Committed to delivering the highest level of professionalism, I continuously seek opportunities to refine my skills and elevate my service.
I currently reside in Thompson’s Station and work out of Coldwell Banker Southern Realty’s Downtown Nashville office. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, golfing, marksmanship, physical training, and, most importantly, spending quality time with friends and family.
