I have been fortunate to have been an owner/broker in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Colorado. Residential: Selling your home requires constant and up-to-date knowledge of the real estate marketplace, financing options that are available to purchase a home, accurate pricing of homes in your area so as to get the seller the right price for their home. I can and will deliver that to you as my client. Residential Buyers also have their unique requirements as to where their family will reside. Finding a home that will fit your families lifestyle and even more importantly, the family budget and price range is my job . Today's market and home availability can present some very special challenges! Often it can take a lot of perseverance on your real estate agent's part to find that "just right" home for your family. I can do that for you... I have been doing just that for many years.
Commercial: Buying, Selling and Leasing of commercial properties requires a totally different type of experience and education as relates to commercial transactions. I have dealt with Retail Sales and Leasing, warehousing and other types of commercial properties. I have the knowledge and experience to help you in whatever capacity you need me...
